In our theme, Animals Everywhere, we will discuss animals that we know. Last week we concentrated on pets, particularly cats and fish. The students had fun playing a counting fish game and went fishing for letters. Our Alpha Friend was Fifi Fish Ff.
This week our Alpha Friend is Andy Apple Aa for "animals." The students will make letter Aa and Ff with their bodies, look for these letters in our classroom environment and "spy" them in books.
In Religion, we are going to discuss prayer. We are learning the Stations of the Cross and learning about Lent.
In math, we will be counting to 20 and writing numbers.
Just a reminder that school is in session on Thursday and closed on Friday.
